‘PERFECT EASTER PLANNING’
LUXURY WEEKEND EXPERIENCE
Friday 3-5 April 2020
Your indulgent private house five-star stay is at the magical medieval, Hales Hall, a stunning Tudor estate in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. A magnificent setting to master preparation of your own Easter Eggs and the traditional Easter bake, Simnel Cake.
All sessions will be delivered by the former Royal Pastry Chef, Kathryn Cuthbertson MVO. During her 11 years working for The Royal Family highlights include creating and executing menus for state occasions, Royal Weddings and of course the Royal Family Easter celebrations at Windsor Castle.
Hales Hall was built in 1478 by Sir James Hobart, Attorney General to Henry Vll, with oak beams a feature throughout, grand and spacious in appearance but also homely, with intimate spaces to congregate, cosy fireplaces and wood-burners, as well as more formal areas to enjoy. There are three reception rooms including a drawing room with a 65” TV, a library and a music room with a baby grand piano. All areas of the house are available for you to use throughout your visit.
All masterclasses will take place in the fully equipped 40-foot kitchen you could not be in a more fitting setting for this wonderful and special weekend.
