Kathryn Cuthbertson MVO

Royal Pastry Chef to HRH Queen Elizabeth II from July 2006 to December 2017, Kathryn has dedicated a lifetime to pastry and the culinary arts. and in 2017, was awarded a Member of the Victorian Order (MVO) by the Queen in the New Year Honours List.

Highlights of her time working for The Royal Family include creating and executing menus for state occasions, Royal Weddings and of course the Royal Family Christmas and Easter celebrations at Sandringham and Windsor Castle.

Sarah Darnell is a Norfolk-based wildlife and countryside activities photographer who is totally in tune with this beautiful county, patrolling fields, farms and woodland to capture flora and fauna in her stunning images.

Passionate about nature and understanding why birds and animals do the things they do. Her stunning photographs are testimony to the time dedicated to capturing them in their natural surroundings.

English Whisky Company

The first registered whisky distillery to open and operate in England for over a century. Founded by the Nelstrop family in 2006, Norfolk offered perfect conditions, being one of the worlds finest barley growing regions, coupled with an Aquifer 50ft beneath the distillery providing a plentiful supply of crystal clear water

The Ultimate Tasting Tour will take you on a journey of discovery of the beautiful St.George’s Distillery and barrel warehouses.

Coastal Exploration Company

The team are experienced ex-military, police or serving military. Enthusiastic and inspirational expert instructors, they have the credibility of having led teams in challenging and extreme conditions, together with the ability to make any activity or event, enormously enjoyable.

ForageFor

Seasonality, sustainability and natural flowers are at the heart this beautiful cut flower company. With a love of all things to do with growing flowers, from the practicalities of sowing seeds, spotting the first tiny flower seedlings (in amongst the weed seedlings) the joy of harvesting the mature flowers.

ForageFor covers the aesthetics of arranging them into appealing bunches and finally, the wonderful handling of flowers for drying, seeing how well they maintain their colour and character, only in desiccated scaled down form. It couldn't be a more delightful product to work with.
