Perfect your patisserie skills and learn how to create chocolate perfection this Spring, with new daytime masterclasses, and luxury weekend stays led by a former Royal pastry chef.

The classes and stays are hosted at Hales Hall, a spectacular privately-owned Tudor estate, situated on the edge of the beautiful Norfolk Broads.

Former Royal pastry chef Kathryn Cuthbertson MVO will lead the classes in the 40-foot kitchen at Hales Hall. Options include full-day masterclasses; an indulgent two-night private house five-star stay; private group stays for up to 14 people, and one-on-one coaching.

Kathryn was Royal pastry chef to HM Queen Elizabeth II from July 2006 to December 2017, and has dedicated a lifetime to pastry and the culinary arts.

Paula Martin, director of Norfolk Pheasant, said: “Launching Norfolk Pheasant’s culinary classes with Kathryn onboard our team of experts is a huge coup. The opportunity to learn, first-hand, culinary secrets from a chef of her calibre is just incredible. We are delighted to be working with Kathryn and the team at Hales Hall on our 2020 programme of events.”
