A wonderful hands-on cooking and demonstration experience day at the magical medieval, Hales Hall. Learn how to master chocolate Easter Eggs, including a tempering overview, moulding, assembling and wrapping. You will also prepare your own Easter Simnel Cake. Demonstration including history, cake decoration and presentation. All delivered by former Royal Pastry Chef, Kathryn Cuthbertson MVO.
